MODULAR ROOMS – CLIENT REVIEWS
MODULAR ROOMS
“Ordered two site offices and a crib hut for our Pilbara iron ore project. Delivered on time, installed without issues, and the finish was well above what we expected for a site building. The insulation package they recommended for the heat up there has made a real difference, crew is actually comfortable.”

MODULAR ROOMS
Needed an ablution block and change room fast for a new contract, a seven-day turnaround from enquiry to delivery. Summit made it happen. The unit was clean, compliant, and the boys on site were happy with it. That kind of responsiveness is rare. Will be using Summit as our go-to for all modular needs going forward.

MODULAR ROOMS
Three muster stations and a first aid room for our construction site. Summit understood the WHS compliance requirements without us having to explain everything twice. Buildings were on site within two weeks and passed our site audit with no issues. Exactly the kind of supplier you want for a programme-critical item.

CONTAINER CONVERSIONS – CLIENT REVIEWS
CONTAINER CONVERSIONS
We needed a toolroom and a site store converted from 20ft containers, with tight turnaround, remote location. Summit sourced the containers, did the full conversion, including shelving and electrics, and had them on site within three weeks. The quality of the weld work and internal fit-out was excellent. Already booked them for the next two.

CONTAINER CONVERSIONS
We had a 40ft high cube converted into a first aid and emergency response station for our mine site. Summit understood exactly what was required for compliance, bunded storage, correct ventilation, signage, and the lot. They’d clearly done this type of build before. The finished unit passed our HSE inspection with zero deficiencies.

CONTAINER CONVERSIONS
Container lunchroom for a 60-person camp fully fitted with benchtops, appliances, seating, and a split system. Summit delivered a quality product that’s held up well through a full wet season. The crew’s appreciation for having a proper space to eat and rest has been noticeable. Good investment.
